Today we publish Gerald Eady’s second Maximum Standard article. He recently was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, and I asked if I could share his promotion speech.
Promotion speeches are incredibly meaningful, and Gerald’s was so good, we had to get it out there as an example to others.
